interview process by interviewing the applicant

Designate a person who
will work with the employee and employment consultant during the term of the
employees employment, offering support and direction

Notify the Employment
Consultant if the employee is experiencing difficulty on the job and the
employer feels support is required

Notify the Employment
Consultant if the employee is terminated for any reason
