Alliance Personnel's Responsibilities

1. Recruit, evaluate and recommend an applicant to the employer whom the Employment Consultant feels would be successful in the agreed upon position

2. Train the employee on the job until the agreed upon standard has been met

3. Provide on-going support/follow-up to the employee/employer necessary for the continued success of the employee

4. Provide assistance in processing paperwork

5. Provide supervisors and co-workers with assistance in training the employee to perform identified jobs

6. Perform additional services as negotiated
